This was a particularly active school year, with twenty-nine testimonies in classrooms. Thanks to "Educating for Coexistence," many students continued to receive direct testimony from victims of terrorism and values-based training that is difficult to transmit through books alone. The program is itinerant, visiting schools and high schools; it was created in 2002 by the Victims of Te- rrorism Foundation and is delivered by victims or direct family members. Through close dialogue and discussion with students, the program emphasizes values such as solidarity, freedom, the
