FUNDACIÓN VÍCTIMAS DEL TERRORISMO 93 - ENGLISH
47 These letters from minors under the age of 18, now adults, serve to explain to to- day's young people what terrorismwas, its social impact and its consequences. The website is very intuitive, with a general section on Miguel Ángel, an explanation of the project and materials organised by geographical origin and age. It also in- cludes simple teaching guidelines for use in the classroom. The FMAB is connecting with educa- tional centres and their teachers to pro- vide them with this resource. Our hope is that it will reach all educators interested in passing on the memory of the victims of terrorism. We hope that, as has already happened, the young people of yesterday will rec- ognise his letter and feel proud of those words that brought comfort to a fam- ily torn apart by the barbarity of ETA. Miguel Ángel Blanco has become a sym- bol of democracy and freedom, the best that we were able to build together in the fight against terrorism. Preserving his memory means preserving our democ- racy and educating young people in the principles that sustain it. The website is very intuitive. It has a general section about Miguel Ángel, an explanation of the project, and organises the materials by geographical origin and age ASSOCIATIONS AND FOUNDATIONS
