70 T he exhibition ROLANDO 2:15 – 2:45. 50 years since the first ETA massacre was displayed in León and Ponferrada on the initiative of the Memorial Centre for Victims of Terrorism, the Association of Victims of Terrorism of Castile and León, the Professional Associa- tion of Journalists of Castile and León, the Regional Government of Castile and León and the Ponferrada City Council. During the meeting, held at the AvtCyL headquarters, Nogales highlighted the importance of this regulation as an essential tool for guaranteeing care, recognition and comprehensive reparation for victims in the community. The meeting is part of the insti- tutional dialogue and work that AvtCyL maintains with various public administrations, with the aim of continuing to improve the protection and rights of victims of terrorism in Castile and León. The president of the Association of Vic- tims of Terrorism in Castile and León (AvtCyL), Sebastián Nogales, participated in the first day of the 12th Youth Meeting, organised by the Alberto Jiménez-Becerril Foundation. During the event, law, journalism and po- litical science students from Córdoba and Seville visited the Memorial Centre for Victims of Terrorism, where they learned about the impact of terrorism in Spain and the work of organisations that defend the memory and recognition of victims.
