8 COLLECTIVE MEETINGS T he Associations and Foundations Committee, convened by the Vic- tims of Terrorism Foundation (FVT), met on 3 December at the Palacio de Zurbano (Madrid) to discuss, among other matters, the possibility of reques- ting an advance payment of 50% of the amount allocated in the annual call for grants for collaborative projects.. This proposal, initially presented by the Association of State Security Forces and Corps Victims of Terrorism (ACFSEVT) at the Board of Trustees meeting on 28 April 2025, was included in the agenda of the last Board of Trustees meeting. As a starting point, the State Attorney's Office has reported that the terms and conditions of the call for applications may provide for advances of up to 50% in cases requiring immediate payment, always within the limits of the annual budget. However, this advance cannot be applied in the resolution of the 2025 PARTIAL ADVANCE PAYMENT OF AID IN COLLABORATION WITH THE FVT UNDER CONSIDERATION call for applications, as it requires a prior modification of the regulatory terms and conditions. To advance the study of this request, the Board of Trustees on 28 November appro- ved the creation of a delegated technical commission, responsible for drawing up a proposal to be sent to the State Legal Service for its report. The commission will be composed of: - María Zarauz Palma, Managing Direc- tor of the FVT - Francisco Llera Ramo, Trustee of the FVT - Rocío Caballero Cano, advisor to the cabinet of the Undersecretary of the Mi- nistry of the Interior - Esperanza Bueno Galera, Area Coor- dinator at the Sub-Directorate General for Support to Victims of Terrorism Associations such as AVT, 11M Afecta- dos del Terrorismo, AAVT, ACA-VITE, ACFSEVT, ANVITE, APAVT, AVTCYL, ASEXVITE, AVTCV and VITE-PAZ, to- gether with the Fernando Buesa Blanco, Alberto Jiménez Becerril and Rodolfo Benito Samaniego foundations. ACVOT, ZAI-TU, ARVT, ASCANVITE and the Mi- guel Ángel Blanco Foundation connected remotely. CALL FOR COLLABORATIVE GRANTS 2026 Likewise, at the November Board meeting, the annual call for collabo- rative grants for projects in favour of victims of terrorism 2026 was approved, in accordance with Order INT/1959/2016, of 15 December, which regulates these grants. The amount allocated for 2026 will be € 348,000 , maintaining the 20% increase over previous years prior to 2025, in compliance with the 2026 Action Plan approved in June. Each entity may receive up to € 52,200 and submit a maximum of two projects during the month of January 2026. NEWS
