49 T he Miguel Ángel Blanco Founda- tion has produced its sixth docu- mentary: HOUSE AND BARRAC- KS, ETA AGAINST THE GUARDIA CIVIL, a tribute to the Guardia Civil professionals and their families who were harassed for decades by the terrorist group ETA. The screenwriter and director of the work, Felipe Hernandez Cava, has ca- rried out a brilliant exercise in synthesis, recounting with rigor and humanity the immense contribution of the Guardia Civil in the fight against terrorism, as well as its sacrifice, professionalism, and resistance. The work gives voice to experts and vic- tims who recount their experiences in the first person. We believe this work contri- butes to the recognition of the police corps most punished by terrorism, and serves as a tribute to the hundreds murdered and injured by this criminal scourge, which conditioned coexistence in Spain for sixty years. The documentary was presented in Madrid on June 22 and, alongside other presentations to be held during 2026, will be added to the Foundation's YouTu- be channel, open free of charge to society as a whole.
