Since then, Koldo has kept his father's legacy alive, fulfilling his duty as an officer and bringing his story to new generations to build a more peaceful and tolerant future. To close this series, on March 13, San- dra Lescano spoke at IES Alvareda in Dos Hermanas. Sandra was one of the survivors of the March 11, 2004 jiha- dist attacks. Her powerful testimony was an example of courage for the students, who learned firsthand what happened in Madrid 22 years ago and showed great interest during the ques- tion-and-answer session. The activity was attended by representatives of the Equality and Education Department of Dos Hermanas City Council. The Alberto Jiménez-Becerril Foun- dation thanks the speakers, schools, students, and the Department of Edu- cational Development and Vocational Training of the Regional Government of Andalusia, with which it cooperates to bring the testimony of victims of te- rrorism to schools in our autonomous community. "WORDS OF FREEDOM" RETURNS TO IES MACARENA, COLEGIO EUROPA, AND THE PROVINCE OF MÁLAGA T he Foundation held four new ses- sions of the "Words of Freedom" lecture series, through which it brings the testimony of victims of terro- rism to schools across Andalusia, thanks to teachers and to the agreement signed with the Department of Educational De- velopment and Vocational Training of the Regional Government of Andalusia.
