19 MADRID AND ALCOBENDAS REINFORCE THEIR COMMITMENT TO THE VICTIMS OF TERRORISM At the municipal level, the FVT and Ma- drid City Council continued to develop joint activities in 2025 under a collabora- tion agreement that allowed the council to contribute € 40,000 to finance the 22nd In Memoriam Tribute Concert and the ex- hibition "El Descanso. 40 Years Since the First Massive Jihadist Attack in Spain", exhibited at the Gloria Fuertes Cultural Centre (Barajas). This agreement provides a stable fra- mework for cooperation in organising cultural, educational and social aware- ness activities in the capital, with the aim of preserving the memory of the victims and reinforcing the rejection of terrorism. Along the same lines, Alcobendas re- newed its commitment through an agreement with the FVT, channelling a municipal grant of € 4,000 for activities providing moral and material support and assistance to victims and their fa- milies, as well as for the organisation of public events. Specifically, the aid was used for ongoing psychological assistance, in accordance with the purposes set out in Article 3 of the FVT's statutes. PRIVATE SPONSORSHIP In the area of private sponsorship, the main business groups that collaborate with the Victims of Terrorism Foundation (FVT) reaffirmed their firm commitment to the memory and dignity of the victims in 2025. BBVA, Banco Santander, El Corte Inglés, Fundación Iberdrola España, Funda- ción Montemadrid, Fundación ACS and Fundación Mutua Madrileña renewed their collaboration agreements as private sponsors, consolidating an alliance that promotes social awareness projects, assis- tance to victims and cultural and educa- tional activities throughout the country. Thanks to this ongoing support, the FVT is strengthening its work in defending de- mocratic values and promoting peaceful coexistence, keeping alive the memory of those who suffered terrorist violence. In addition to its role as a member of the Foundation's Board of Trustees, BBVA confirmed in 2025 its willingness to con- tinue collaborating in the financing of projects and activities in accordance with the Foundation's objectives. To this end, it signed a new agreement for € 60,000 , valid until 31 December 2025. At the end of the financial year, the Foundation will provide BBVA with a detailed report of the activities carried out and a financial statement of the contribution. El Corte Inglés, also a member of the Board of Trustees, reaffirmed its support in 2025 by signing a collaboration agree- ment, consolidating its role as a private patron. Under this agreement, the com- pany made a contribution of € 50,000 to facilitate the development of the activities carried out by the Foundation in pursuit of its objectives. Fundación Iberdrola España, the third member of the Board of Trustees repre- senting private business support, renewed its annual agreement with the FVT in 2025. Among other projects, this agreement finances the flagship "Aid System for Victims of Terrorism and their Families", which offers direct support to those who have suffered the consequences of terro- rist violence. The financial contribution amounts to € 36,000 , significantly con- tributing to the continuity of this essential initiative. In 2025, Banco Santander signed its bu- siness collaboration agreement with the FVT for activities of general interest. The agreement, worth € 40,000 , is part of the bank's ongoing support for projects aimed at raising social awareness, educating people in democratic values and assisting victims and their families. The Montemadrid Foundation, as patron of the traditional In Memoriam Tribute Concert held every March at the Natio- nal Auditorium, sealed its commitment in 2025 with a contribution of € 9,000 . The ACS Foundation, faithful to its social commitment and long-standing collabo- ration with the FVT, signed an agreement in 2025 to implement, among other things, the project "Collaborative aid for the participation of the Victims of Terro- rism Foundation in projects supporting victims of terrorism".
